  3. Packaging and Shipping: Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return, using the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip inside the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a faulty or damaged product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of the return.

  4. Inspection and Refund/Exchange: Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. If everything is in order, we will proceed with the refund or exchange process, depending on your preference. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
