1. Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) .
  • During high-demand periods, such as sales and promotions, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.

2. Shipping Methods:

  • We offer several shipping methods.
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location.

3. Minimum Delivery Time:

  • Our minimum delivery time represents the fastest possible delivery for your order. In most cases, you can expect your order to be delivered within 7 business days from the date of shipment.

4. Maximum Delivery Time:

  • Our maximum delivery time represents the longest estimated delivery period for your order. In rare circumstances, it may take up to 10 business days for your order to reach you. Please note that this is an extreme estimate, and we make every effort to avoid such delays.

5. Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently offer shipping to Pan India.
  • For international orders, please note that customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status and location of your package.

7. Shipping Delays:

  • While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays, may cause shipping delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

8. Incorrect Addresses:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to update it.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier and local authorities, if necessary.

10. Returns Due to Shipping Issues:

  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or other shipping issues, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
